It's very easy to use and you can get results really quickly with it. The 432 EQ is nice, and the Precision Compressor (33609) and Bus Compressor (4K) are solid, but Ozone Advanced is a much more powerful set of tools overall.
It has great transient handling and you can really push the loudness pretty hard. If you're looking for the short answer, then yes the Ozone Limiter is great.
